Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (Atrium Platinum) - Rhodes

Job Description:

Responsible for collecting,analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that supportdata-driven decision-making. This role will focus on various aspects of thehotel's operations, including revenue optimization, and operational efficiency.

Applicant’s main accountabilities:

• Collect and compile data from various sources(property management systems, reservations Platforms, financial reports) tocreate meaningful reports.
• Develop and maintain regular performance reports onkey metrics (occupancy rates, average daily rate, and revenue per availableroom).
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitivelandscape and pricing strategies of other hotels in Rhodes.
• Assist in the creation of budgets and financialforecasts.
• Provide insights into revenue and cost projections forthe hotel’s financial planning.
• Ensure data privacy and security protocols arefollowed in data handing and reporting.

Applicant’s main qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics,Mathematics, Data science or relevant field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Data science,Economics or relevant field would be considered as extra asset.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools(e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and databases.
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience in similar role.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is aplus (preferably German).
