️Your Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries in Danish
Provide accurate, friendly, solution-oriented assistance
Log customer interactions into CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements
Fluent Danish (C1/C2)
Good English communication (B1+)
EU passport / valid work permit or refugee protection
Customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation fully supported)
