Telco Project Coordinator

With our well-educated, highly motivated, and experienced team, we are supporting many Operators and Vendors in Europe to expand and maintain their networks.

We are looking for a full time Telecommunications Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination of telco projects in Germany (FTTH-FTTC-FTTB).

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Specification Analysis: Analyze telecommunication network specifications based on provider requirements.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring each stage is monitored, with a master-plan overview and project metrics.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all internal and external platforms on a weekly basis.
• Implementation Tracking: Monitor project execution in the field, tracking completed appointments and documentation delivery.
• Team Supervision: Oversee field teams, ensuring smooth execution of assigned tasks.
• Task Monitoring & Database Updates: Conduct daily follow-ups on completed tasks and perform ad hoc database updates.
• Quality Assurance: Perform QA checks to ensure that tasks meet required quality standards.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with various departments to resolve arising issues.
• Issue Resolution: Work closely with civil works teams to handle pending issues and identify possible causes.
• Roll-Out Meetings: Participate in weekly rollout meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on overall project progress, including estimated completion timelines.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Project Management Experience: Minimum of 3 year of experience in project management.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English language.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to Travel: Availability for travel as required by the role.
