Position: Service Intern / Waiter Trainee

Job Type: Fulltime, seasonal contract

Location:Corfu, Greece

As a Service Intern, you will join our dynamic Food & Beverage team and gainhands-on experience in delivering exceptional service in our restaurants andbars. You will support daily operations, learn the standards of luxuryhospitality, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences thatreflect the excellence of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and service of the restaurant,bar, or event areas according to company standards
• Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth,ensuring a positive and attentive service experience
• Support the service team in taking orders, servingfood and beverages, and maintaining guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Learn and adhere to all operational procedures,including hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness ofworkstations and service areas
• Provide accurate information about menu items
• Actively participate in departmental meetings andtraining sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

• Current student or recent graduate of a Hospitality orTourism program
• Fluency in English is essential, additional languages(such as Greek, German, or French) are highly desirable
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness tolearn in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Professional appearance and behavior consistent with5-star standards
