Our2026 hiring season is open, and we’re looking to bring new associates on boardfor our Spa Team! We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team, ensuring exceptional service and a relaxingguest experience!

Position: Spa Receptionist

Job Type: Fulltime, seasonal contract

Location:Corfu, Greece

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests visitingour award-winning Angsana Spa. You will play a vital role in creating aserene and welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations, assisting guestswith treatment selections, and ensuring a smooth and memorable spa experiencethat reflects the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome spa guests warmly, ensuring a calm andinviting arrival experience
• Manage spa bookings, reservations, and inquiries inperson, over the phone, and via email
• Provide detailed information on spa treatments,products, and wellness programs
• Coordinate with therapists and other team members toensure smooth daily operations
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures, includingaccurate billing and payment processing
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and waitingarea at all times
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhanceguest satisfaction and revenue
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly andprofessionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, orfront desk role is an advantage
• Fluency in English is essential, additional languages(such as Greek, German, or French) are highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills witha calm, professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and the ability tomultitask in a serene but fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing thehighest level of service
• Professional appearance and attitude in line with5-star standards
