How You Shape the Guest Experience

• Oversee service operations across all outlets (Restaurant, Bar & Pool).
• Lead the team with clarity, confidence and warmth.
• Maintain a relaxed, elegant and well-organized atmosphere in all areas.
• Support seamless coordination between Service, F&B and Front Office.
• Resolve guest needs with care, professionalism and discretion.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous experience in service supervision or hospitality leadership.
• Natural people skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Passion for hospitality and authentic, effortless communication.
• Attention to detail, calm approach and guest-centric thinking.
• Excellent English skills, a second language is considered an advantage.
