TheFront Desk Agent plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for guests,creating memorable experiences and ensuring smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Guest Services: Provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints.

Reservations: Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate record-keeping and occupancy optimization.

Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, generate reports, handle financial transactions, and assist in daily front office operations.

Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Protel PMS and/or other relevant computer systems.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
