The Chef de Partie is a key member of the culinary team, responsible forleading a specific kitchen section and ensuring consistent quality, refinedpresentation, and smooth kitchen performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepareand cook dishes for the assigned section following recipes and standards.
• Maintain complete mise en place and ensure readiness before each service.
• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and trainees.
• Check product freshness, quality, and rotation (FIFO).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Communicate proactively with the Chef de Cuisine regarding operational needs.
• Support cross-training across other kitchen sections.
• Uphold HACCP and food safety procedures at all times.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Culinarydiploma or equivalent professional experience.
- 4–5 years in professional kitchens, ideally luxury or fine dining.
- Expertise in at least one discipline (hot, cold, grill, sushi, or pastry).
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP standards.
