TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

The Client

The position refers to a large company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, headquartered in Northern Greece. The ideal candidate will lead the company’s Technical Directorate, ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, development of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the successful execution of technical projects.

The Role

The selected candidate will work at the company’s offices in Thessaloniki and will be responsible for:

• Leading, organizing, and coordinating all technical departments and projects
• Designing, implementing, and managing maintenance, upgrade, and infrastructure development projects
• Monitoring budgets, timelines, and technical specifications
• Collaborating with external contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

To be considered suitable for the role, you should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior technical management or project management role
• Strong knowledge of project management and technical documentation
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language and strong computer skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle confidential information, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and professionalism.

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Technical Project Management or a related field
• Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or production facility projects.
