Restaurant Junior Assistant Accountant / ADMIN

Premier Capital Hellas SA, the Developmental Licensee of 35 McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, is seeking to recruit a Junior Assistant Accountant / ADMIN in Athens to join the nationwide team that proudly delivers the McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests all day, every day.

THE ROLE

Based in Athens, Greece and reporting to a designated Restaurant Manager, the successful jobholder will be accountable for assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing and coordinating the activities of Human Resources and Accounting.

Will be responsible for:

• Data entry, booking of stores’ P&L and invoices in collaboration with Head Office accounting department, for General Ledger accounts reconciliations (Inventories, vendors etc.)
• The filing of restaurant employees
• Providing all documents for the hiring or resignation process
• Participates in the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual management reports
• Supports Operation, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting departments to ensure all deadlines are met
• External tasks (office needs, authorities, public services, etc.) when needed
  
  

Qualifications / Requirements

• Accounting or Business-related degree
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Driving license holder, vehicle/car is needed
• Ability to perform under strict deadlines
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, communication skills, teamwork.
