Aswe begin our 2026 recruitment season, we are looking to recruit associates forour Resort Restaurants & Bars! We are looking for a talented Outlet Supervisor to assist with managing our restaurant(s) and bar(s),ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience!

Position: Outlet Supervisor (Restaurant Supervisor or Bar Supervisor)

Job Type: Fulltime, seasonal contract starting around April 2026

Location:Corfu, Greece

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the outlet,including the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service during peak hours
• Assist in training and managing the team ofbartenders, servers, and service support staff
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues orspecial requests promptly
• Ensure the outlet maintains the highest standards ofservice, cleanliness, and organization
• Collaborate with the Manager and team to improveoperational procedures and guest experience
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, andordering
• Help ensure compliance with health and safetystandards
• Support the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operationsand team leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in arestaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting
• Team building and management skills with a focus ontraining and development
• A passion for exceptional service and deliveringworld-class experiences to guests
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in ahigh-pressure, fast-paced environment
• A professional, friendly attitude with a focus onguest satisfaction
