Concierge Agent-KOS

Position Scope

To ensure that we, along with our network of partners, provide efficient, prompt, and professional services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operates the Mitsis Concierge platform
• Understands customer’s needs and provides personalized solutions regarding activities, facilities and services provided by the hotel
• Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements
• Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests' needs
• Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications

• Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and/or related field (preferred)
• Hospitality experience anticipating the needs of hotel guests is needed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Business fluency in spoken and written English (proficiency diploma required)
• Knowledge of an additional language would be an asset

• Sales and business-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented with impeccable communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to build strong working relationships and have an approachable and professional manner
• Strong initiative and proactiveness in a team environment
