French-Speaking Travel Support Agent

Location: Remote (within Greece only) or Office-based in Athens

Employment Type: Full-time, rotating shifts (mornings, weekends, afternoons)

At Kats Recruitment we proudly partner with a vibrant international BPO and travel-services provider that supports leading accommodation platforms. Were looking for a warm, proactive French-speaking Travel Support Agent to join our Athens or remote-Greece team and help deliver outstanding service to our accommodation partners.

What youll be doing

• Engaging with incoming contacts (phone, chat, email) from clients and hotel/extranet partners.
• Becoming a key point of contact: handling questions about room changes, availability, rates and partner-tool usage.
• Using our tools and processes to ensure you always deliver accurate, complete information.
• Making sure each partner experience is positive, professional and supportive.
• Continuously growing your product and service knowledge so you stay one step ahead.
  
  
  

Perfect fit for this role

• Native or fluent in French and fluent in English (minimum B2 level) both spoken and written.
• Tech-savvy with full proficiency in MS Office and a comfort using digital tools.
• Ready and willing to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Based in Greece (already resident) or able to relocate quickly.
• Must be an EU citizen or already hold a valid Greek work permit we cannot provide sponsorship.
• Warm, service-oriented personality, strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
