We are currently looking fora detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll & HR Administration Specialist to join our Human Resources team!

Title: Payroll & HR Administration Specialist

Reporting to: HR Director

Employment Type & Work Location: Full time, CorfuIsland Greece

About the Role :

Reporting directlyto the Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for the end-to-endprocessing of the property’s monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy,compliance, and timely submission of all statutory obligations. You will be thekey point of contact for all payroll and HR administrative matters, playing avital role in supporting our associates and ensuring the integrity of HR dataacross the resort.


Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

  • Process monthly payroll forall associates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Greek labor and socialsecurity regulations
  • Prepare and submit Α.Π.Δ., tax and contribution files, and coordinate with the FinanceDepartment for the final monthly payroll closing and posting to the P&L
  • Maintain and update associaterecords in the HRIS and digital time-tracking system
  • Handle ERGANI filings,employment contracts, amendments, and terminations
  • Administer annual leave, sickleave, and other statutory entitlements
  • Support the monthly headcountand payroll analysis reports and provide data for budget forecasts
  • Serve as the primary liaisonwith authorities (EFKA, AADE, SEPE, etc.) on payroll-related issues
  • Ensure confidentiality, dataprotection, and full compliance with Banyan Group HR standards and Greeklegislation
  • Assist the HR Department inbroader administrative and wellbeing initiatives when required


Role Requirements & Person Specification :

  • Bachelor’s degree inaccounting, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experiencein payroll processing and HR administration, ideally within the hospitalitysector
  • Excellent knowledge of Greeklabor law, ERGANI system, and social insurance procedures
  • Advanced Excel and datareporting skills
  • Excellent command of Greek andEnglish (spoken and written)
  • Strong integrity, attention todetail, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Team player with aservice-oriented and positive approach
