We are actively recruiting dedicated and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Remote Customer Support Representative. This position is part of a high-profile international project for a market-leading online platform dedicated to travel bookings and accommodation services. This excellent home-based opportunity requires you to serve the Croatian user base, acting as their primary contact to ensure a smooth and enjoyable user journey on the travel application.

While prior exposure to a customer service environment is helpful, it is not strictly mandatory. We strongly encourage applications from candidates who show a strong aptitude for solving problems, are committed to delivering outstanding service, and possess the necessary linguistic capabilities.

Key Duties and Accountabilities

In your capacity as a Croatian-Speaking Customer Support Agent, your primary tasks will involve:

  • Handling Communication: Managing a substantial volume of customer contacts (inbound and outbound) through various channels (telephone, email, and instant messaging) in both Croatian and English.
  • Query Resolution: Providing efficient, thoughtful, and professional solutions to customer inquiries related to reservations, modifications, cancellations, billing issues, and general technical support for the platform.
  • System Knowledge: Rapidly acquiring and maintaining detailed knowledge of the client's booking system, policies, and operational guidelines to deliver precise and comprehensive support.
  • Documentation: Diligently logging all customer interactions, feedback, and final resolutions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Quality Adherence: Upholding rigorous standards of professional conduct and communication quality in every interaction, ensuring compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Internal Liaison: Working closely with team members and supervisors to proactively identify recurring service issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in customer processes.


Candidate Profile and Mandatory Skills

Linguistic Requirements (Essential)

  • Croatian: Native-level or near-native fluency (C2 proficiency). Must be able to communicate flawlessly, both orally and in writing, in professional settings.
  • English: High-level intermediate proficiency (B2 minimum). Necessary for mandatory training sessions, internal team communications, and technical documentation.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities across the two required languages.
