Your day-to-day duties will revolve around ensuring a consistently high level of service:
- Delivering outstanding customer care to our French-speaking client base across multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Addressing product-related questions thoroughly, performing basic technical troubleshooting for common issues, and supplying helpful instructions on product usage, maintenance, or features.
- Efficiently managing and processing post-sales operational activities, such as handling new orders, coordinating returns, processing refunds, and managing warranty claims.
- Maintaining accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the designated database or CRM system.
- Collaborating effectively with various internal departments to escalate and successfully resolve complex customer problems, ultimately ensuring full customer satisfaction.
- Committing to continuous learning to rapidly expand and retain expert-level product knowledge, ensuring you are always current on all new product releases, updates, and feature changes.
- Consistently embodying the company's core values by approaching every customer exchange with a professional, empathetic, and truly customer-centric attitude.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- French Language Fluency: You must possess a fluent (C1 level or native) proficiency in the French language, encompassing both written and verbal communication.
- English Language Proficiency: A solid working command of English (minimum B2 level) is essential for internal communications, training, and working with company resources.
- Legal Work Status: Applicants must hold EU citizenship or present a valid Greek work permit/residency card. This is a strict and non-negotiable legal requirement.
- Technical Aptitude: You should have basic computer proficiency and the practical ability to efficiently navigate and manage multiple computer systems and tools simultaneously during customer interactions.
- Essential Soft Skills: Demonstrated strong communication, creative problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Remote Work Capability: The proven ability to work independently and maintain high efficiency in a dedicated remote home office setting is necessary.
- Experience (A Plus): While previous customer service experience is certainly an advantage, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive and fully paid training will be provided to all successful candidates.
