Czech-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Location: Athens, Greece (Remote & On-Site Options)
Schedule: 09:00 – 19:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40h/week – 8h/day, 5 days/week)

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech & English
- Assist with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance
- Handle complaints efficiently and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer records and follow support processes
- Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve service quality
