Czech-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Location: Athens, Greece (Remote & On-Site Options)

Schedule: 09:00 – 19:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40h/week – 8h/day, 5 days/week)

About The Role

We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialist with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. In this role, you will support users via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth service experience and providing high-quality assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech & English
  • Assist with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance
  • Handle complaints efficiently and provide accurate information
  • Maintain customer records and follow support processes
  • Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve service quality


Requirements

Native / Fluent Czech

Good command of English

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
