Position: Customer Support Agent (Croatian + English)

Location: Remote / Athens, Greece

Start Date: 22nd December 2025

Working Hours: Mon/Sun 09:00- 19:00

Salary: 1,300 x 14

Join the Booking.com team as a Customer Support Agent fluent in Croatian and English. You will help provide an exceptional customer experience, manage reservations, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Relocation Info (if moving from abroad):

• Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for hiring documents.
• 3 weeks accommodation in a hotel close to the office.
• Up to 300 support for relocation (first payment).

Requirements:

• Fluent in Croatian and English
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Flexible with working hours
• EU citizenship or full market access residence card
