Reservations Agent

We are looking for a new team member to join our Reservations Department. If you enjoy working in tourism, are organized, and have goodcommunication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest reservationspromptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally withpartners and clients.
• Handle modifications,cancellations, and special requests.
• Collaborate closely with otherdepartments.
• Flexibility to work evenings,weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of previous working experience as Reservations Agent.
• Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
