Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on key priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, responding or redirecting as necessary
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Conduct research and compile information on various topics as directed
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Greek
  • Proficiency in office software and other relevant technology
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
