Investment Relations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Investment Relations Manager to join AKTOR Group.

Position Scope

The Investment Relations Manager ensures consistency and accuracy in all financial data and manages all aspects of investor communications.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data following business procedures
• Ensure accurate data quality and analysis
• Prepare and disseminate financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings call materials
• Execute investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value
• Oversee communication between the group and its shareholders
• Track stock performance and shareholder activity
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to interpret financial results for external stakeholders
• Consult senior management on investor issues, market trends and peer performance
• Develop financial models and investor analysis
• Act as a point of contact for current/ potential investors and analysts
• Align internal messaging with external investor communications
• Ensure adherence to disclosure regulations and securities laws
  
  

Job Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Economics or related field
• Master’s Degree and professional certifications (i.e. CFA) will be considered as an asset
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance or consulting
• Experienced in financial modelling and analysis tools
• Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically and work effectively in a dynamic environment
