As a German-speaking Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for travelers worldwide. Whether it’s a booking issue, payment question, or special request, you’ll make sure every customer receives the support they deserve.

Typical Day

• Assist customers in German and English through calls, emails, and chats
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and general inquiries
• Ensure each traveler’s issue is solved efficiently
• Stay informed on policies and updates

What You Bring

• C1 level German, B2 English
• Based in Greece with EU citizenship or valid work permit
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
