Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes to the highest standards.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and consistency of all sushi ingredients and products.
• Maintain excellent food presentation, cleanliness, and organization at the sushi station.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new sushi menus and seasonal creations.
• Monitor inventory, ensure proper storage of fish and seafood, and minimize waste.
• Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations at all times.

Best candidate's profile:

• 2 years minimum experience as a Sushi Chef in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese culinary traditions.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity and ability to deliver visually appealing and flavorful dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English.
