Store Manager Rhodes


Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Store Manager for our location in Rhodes. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service orientation, and a solid understanding of sales strategies in the retail environment. The ideal candidate supports sales in the wider Dodecanese region and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently, while meeting all sales goals.


Areas of responsibilities:

Operational

  • Ensures the effective implementation of the company's established procedures and policies
  • Resolves issues related to the smooth operation of the store
  • Oversees the daily logistics operations of the store
  • Monitors the progress of orders
  • Responsible for the annual inventory and any differences that may arise

HR

  • Inspire and guide team members while assessing their performance to foster growth and excellence
  • Identifies hiring & training needs

Commercial

  • Build connections and foster collaborative relationships within the technical, construction, and business sectors of the region to secure projects where Alumil products can shine
  • Visits customers (direct and indirect) on a weekly basis
  • Informs customers about new company products
  • Records commercial activity via CRM
  • Prepares offers and checks their accuracy
  • Oversees customer account balances, ensures adherence to payment terms, and actively manages collections
  • Manages customer complaints/returns/claims

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable Sales position
  • Strong understanding of retail management and sales principles
  • Proven efficiency in project management and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with retail management software
  • Proficient command of the English language
