Food & Beverage Outlets Manager

High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection, is comprised of three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos, representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. Each hotel is inspired by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian island.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead all the restaurant operations, activities and schedule
• Respond to requests or complaints, with customer-oriented approach
• Oversee storage, check the quality of the products, order supplies
• Training and motivate the employees, evaluate their performance
• Monitor operational costs

Best candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management
• 2 years minimum experience as a Restaurant manager within a hotel environment
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Knowledge of wine and spirits
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
• Communication and leadership skills, teamwork, pleasant personality
• Reporting to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
• Prior LHW experience, in a similar position would be considered an asset.
