Key responsibilities

• Audit and Balance: Review and reconcile the day’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy across guest accounts and room charges.
• Guest Services: Assist with late check-ins, check-outs, and respond to guest requests or inquiries throughout the night.
• Reports and documentation: Prepare daily financial and occupancy reports, ensuring data accuracy for management review.
• Safety and security: Conduct regular property walks and ensure guest safety, following emergency protocols as needed.
• Administrative tasks: Handle nightly correspondence and update guest profiles in the hotel’s system.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Position requirements

• Experience: Prior experience as a Night Auditor or in a front office role within a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Fidelio, PMS) and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and numerical skills
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable with overnight shifts.
