Job description

• Μanage the daily operations of the Reservations Department
• Taking reservation enquiries over the phone and via email
• Process all reservation requests, modifications and cancellations received by phone or email
• Room Allocation in the PMS and implementation of Sales Strategy
• Manage bookings and Online Travel Agencies (OTA)
• Collaborate closely with the Management team and the Front Office department
• Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations
• Dealing with all guest enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow selling techniques to maximize revenue and achieve budget goals

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Position requirements

• Previous experience in the Reservations Department of a 4* or 5* hotel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English language
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows, MS Office and Google Docs
• Knowledge of Opera PMS
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Integrity, reliability and accurate reporting
• Teamwork spirit
