Job description

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they have a memorable breakfast / dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with attentiveness and a personalized approach.
• Take orders accurately, ensuring each guest's unique preferences are met.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Assist with setting up, replenishing, and maintaining the buffet to the resort’s standards.
• Ensure food stations are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure the continuous flow of dishes.
• Assist in keeping the buffet area / restaurant clean and organized.
• Be punctual of attendance to each shift in the proper uniform.
• Completing all established set-up duties on time as well as following buffet area / restaurant opening and closing procedures

Position requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Greek and English language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork spirit
