Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room facilities and hotel services.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby.
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Assist with any guest requests or needs to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Position requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years working experience in a relevant position in 5-star hotel
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: team spirit and customers-oriented approach
