Job description:

• Warmly greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Take orders accurately, ensuring each guest's unique preferences are met
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Provide attentive service, anticipating and responding to guest needs
• Contribute to an environment where excellence and hospitality shine in every detail
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and organized
• Handle any guest inquiries or complaints gracefully and efficiently
• Be punctual of attendance to each shift in the proper uniform
• Completing all established set-up duties on time as well as following restaurant opening & closing procedures

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel or a la carte restaurant
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Greek & English language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork spirit
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros is a plus
