We are currently looking for Account Manager to join our B2B Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division.
By Joining this Role, You'll Play a crucial role in developing and managing a portfolio of existing and potential B2B customers within your assigned business segment. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding relationships with existing ones, and ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable growth for M Energy.
Your Role Will Encompass:
- Preparing, executing, and monitoring account plans for a defined portfolio of existing and potential major accounts within your assigned area.
- Generating leads and closing new business opportunities to achieve monthly volume and profitability targets.
- Developing and maintaining trust-based relationships with customers to ensure long-term cooperation and loyalty.
- Identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions that meet mutually beneficial objectives.
- Maintaining strong awareness of competitor activity and proactively responding to market dynamics.
- Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure superior service and timely issue resolution.
- Forecasting customer needs, supporting commercial strategy, and contributing to overall business growth.
What You Bring to the Role:
- A higher education qualification in Business, Engineering, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, preferably in services or energy-related industries.
- Proven ability to acquire new customers, develop existing accounts, and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with a “hunter’s” mentality.
- Fluent in English, with strong MS Office proficiency and general tech-savviness.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
