Front Office Shift Leader

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily front office operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless guest service.
• Support and guide the front office team in delivering professional and personalized service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with efficiency and courtesy.
• Oversee check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Train, mentor, and motivate front office associates to achieve high performance levels.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with management.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Best candidate’s profile:

• 2 years minimum experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Fidelio, Opera or similar).
• Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset).
• Professional appearance and a guest-oriented attitude.
