ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of a leading company in the industrial and construction materials sector based in Kavala, is seeking a results-oriented and dynamic professional for the position of:

Marketing Executive (6033/ME/ESS/GR)

About the Role:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and support the company’s growth objectives, ensuring all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s overall strategic direction. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support product promotion and brand positioning strategies.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, online advertising, and leveraging AI-driven tools for content optimization, customer insights, and campaign performance.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within industrial or construction materials sectors.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, techniques, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in Greek and English is required.
