What You'll Do

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
• Help customers resolve product or service issues efficiently
• Log and follow up on technical cases in the internal system
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  
  
  

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1+)
• Good English level (B1+)
• Must reside in Greece (for contract purposes)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working rotational shifts between 08:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday

• Salary: 1,300 × 14 months + monthly performance bonus up to 300
