Key Responsibilities

Operations Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the room service department, ensuringtimely and accurate delivery of guest orders.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise room service employees to maintain highservice standards and efficiency.

Guest Experience: Monitor service quality, handle guest requests or complaints, andensure personalized and professional experience.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure menuaccuracy, timely preparation, and smooth service flow.

Financial & Inventory Management: Monitor costs, control inventory, and maintainaccurate billing procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in room service management or senior F&Bsupervisory roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of room service operations, food handling, and servicestandards.
  • Guest-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and managemultiple priorities.
