Reservations Specialist

Our 5* resort in Halkidiki is seeking adedicated and detail-oriented Reservations Specialist to join our team. Theideal candidate will be responsible for handling all reservations efficientlyand accurately, ensuring smooth communication with guestsand maintaining thehighest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations through phone, email, and online booking platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, WebHotelier, etc.).
• Process modifications, cancellations, and confirmations based on room availability and guest needs.
• Provide accurate information regarding room types, rates, offers, and special requests.
• Monitor room availability and contribute to maximizing hotel occupancy.
• Handle payments, deposits, and refunds according to company procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments for seamless guest service.
• Resolve booking-related issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Collect and analyze data regarding bookings, cancellations, and revenue trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to manage a high volume of reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent command of Greek and English (additional languages will be considered an asset).
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with hotel software (PYLON preferred).
• Proven experience with online booking systems (WebHotelier, Booking.com, Expedia).
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit.
