A 5-star resort of high capacity in Halkidiki, Greece is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead the property’s operations and uphold the highest standardsof service, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, andextensive knowledge of all hotel functions within a demanding and dynamicenvironment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, HR and Sales), ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through consistent service delivery and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, budgets, and business plans aligned with the resort’s objectives.
  • Lead, train and motivate department heads and teams to achieve excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance indicators, control costs, and support the achievement of business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, operational policies, and health & safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to enhance the property’s reputation and optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Represent the resort in meetings, partnerships, and industry events with professionalism and integrity.

Profile Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–9 years of experience in hotel management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a 5-star or high-capacity resort.
  • Previous experience in major international hotel chains or large hospitality organizations will be considered a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven experience in implementing, monitoring, and improving operational procedures and standards.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage crises effectively, maintaining composed leadership and ensuring business continuity in challenging situations.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional appearance, integrity, and genuine passion for hospitality.
