As a Chef you will

• Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmentalstandards and procedures
• Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policiesand procedures relating to Health & Safety
• Manage all aspects of full-service food and beverage procedures ona daily basis
• Ensure compliance with Andronis’ standards and kitchen’s smoothoperation
• Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware ofVIPs, special occasions, daily specials, guests’ food allergies or restrictions
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of a consistent foodproduct which meets guest’s expectations
• Be responsible and accountable for the overall food cost as wellas kitchen supplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils

Entry Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in relevant position
• Experience in Mediterranean cuisine
• Be aware of new trends and keep abreast with any changes in themarket
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational andtraining abilities
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spokenand written
• Be familiar with Food and Beverage industry’s technology
• Be a team player and a great communicator with colleagues andmanagers in all departments
• Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
