We at Nova,are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece,looking for vibrant and fast thinking Store B2B Sales Account Manager”to be part of our successful team in our “Store B2B Sales team in Epirus”.

You have a challenging mission for:

Buildingstrong relationships with corporate clients, drive sales growth, and delivertailored solutions to meet evolving business needs. By managing in-storesellers, ensuring smooth operations, and staying ahead of competitors, you’llplay a key role in expanding Nova Stores’ corporate presence.

What will you do:

• Responsiblefor corporate sales within the framework defined by the company for NovaStores.
• Responsiblefor the In Store Sellers.
• Responsiblefor the development of corporate customers in the SOHO / SME category in thestores of their responsibility.
• Responsiblefor developing and achieving corporate sales goals.
• Monitoringthe competition and suggestions for improvement regarding the presence of thecompany.
• Responsiblefor the efficient operation of the stores and the implementation of theirmanagement procedures.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

It would be great if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree (BSc required).
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or store operations.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong PC skills with very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Clear, effective, and confident communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical thinking and solid negotiation skills.
• Drive, adaptability, and a passion for achieving results.
