As a Sous Chef you will

• Conduct on-the-job training in accordance with departmentalstandards and procedures
• Have a thorough understanding and awareness of all companypolicies and procedures related to Health & Safety
• Inspect raw materials to ensure quality and report any shortages
• Participate in menu planning and food preparation within the hotel
• Train and evaluate your team members in collaboration with theHead Chef•
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Graduate of a culinary school
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in a 4-or 5-star hotel will be considered an asset)
• Experience in a fine dining restaurant will be considered an asset
• Fluency in Greek, both spoken and written, is required
• Knowledge of English is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of hygiene, safety, and food handling
• Familiarity with new gastronomic trends
• Creativity, adaptability, and willingness to grow
• Professional appearance and behavior, focused on deliveringhigh-quality service
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with alldepartments
