Operations Officer Zakynthos

Cretan Holidays S.A., one of the largest and most innovative DMC in Greece, is currently seeking to recruit employees for the position of Operations Officer, season 2026.

Job description:

• Prepare and operate Transfer & Excursion services
• Support Reps on Excursion Sales and look after new Excursion Opportunities
• Make weekly liquidation with Reps
• Communicate with suppliers daily and build a qualitative relationship with them
• Acting as an Airport assistant, ensuring the comfortable & on-time arrival and departure of Cretan Holidays guests
• Secure the efficiency of the operational services

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

What we look for:

• Work experience at related position
• Bachelor degree
• Computer literacy on MS-Office
• Fluency in English. German or French language is an asset.
• Customer service attitude
• Team worker
• Communication skills
• Driving license holder
• Residence in Zakynthos (accommodation is not provided by our company).
