Cretan Holidays S.A., one of the largest and most innovative DMC in Greece, is currently seeking to recruit employees for the position of Operations Officer, season 2026.
Job description:
- Prepare and operate Transfer & Excursion services
- Support Reps on Excursion Sales and look after new Excursion Opportunities
- Make weekly liquidation with Reps
- Communicate with suppliers daily and build a qualitative relationship with them
- Acting as an Airport assistant, ensuring the comfortable & on-time arrival and departure of Cretan Holidays guests
- Secure the efficiency of the operational services
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
What we look for:
- Work experience at related position
- Bachelor degree
- Computer literacy on MS-Office
- Fluency in English. German or French language is an asset.
- Customer service attitude
- Team worker
- Communication skills
- Driving license holder
- Residence in Zakynthos (accommodation is not provided by our company).
Work place:
- Branch office in Zakynthos
