Senior Kids Club Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team & Program Management: Lead daily operations of crèche, kids, and teensclubs, ensuring safe, fun, and high-quality experiences. In-season, superviseactivities and manage employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.

Guest Relations:Welcome families, communicate effectively with parents, and promote allchildren’s activities across the resort.

Operations & Administration: Manage bookings, budgets, inventory, and compliancewith health, safety, and safeguarding standards. Off-season, review policies,update procedures, and prepare programs and resources for the next season.

Training & Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor employees, supporting teamdevelopment and performance.

Planning & Development: Design seasonal programs, update policies, andcollaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences. Off-season,plan new activities, coordinate with external partners, and prepare for theupcoming season.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Previous childcare leadership/operations experience, ideally inhospitality or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and health &safety.
• Proven ability to manage teams, HR processes, and cross-departmentcollaboration.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Relevant childcare, education, or management qualification preferred.
