Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer requests.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality support.
- Fluent German (written and spoken) & good English skills.
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- No prior experience needed – entry-level position.
