Production Engineer in Drama, Greece

Scope

The Production Engineer ensures the smooth operation of production departments by overseeing day-to-day assembly processes, resolving technical issues, supporting team leaders, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role contributes to the optimization of human and material resources, while maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team leaders across production departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly of products
• Collaborate with the Production Planning function to ensure timely and accurate execution of production schedules
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and information security standards
• Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and minimize waste or delays
• Handle and resolve conflicts within production teams, fostering a positive and cooperative environment
• Assist in training and developing production staff to maintain high performance and technical standards
• Prepare, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Production Manager
• Ensure that all duties are carried out in line with Raycap’s high-quality standards and company policies

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (polytechnic school)
• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant engineering or production management position
• Excellent command of English (oral and written)
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems
• Working knowledge of design software (Solidworks, Autocad)
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Solid organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
