At SDENG ENGINEERING BUREAU the independent and and one of the leaders in the field of detail engineering company based in Volos, Greece, we excel internationally in the design of large-scale projects in energy sector using Building Information Modeling (B.I.M) technology.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and effective Design Engineers (Structural Civil Engineers with experience in Tekla Structures) to join our highly skilled engineering team. The role reports directly to the Project Manager.

Support our vision:

The Design Engineer, in collaboration with the Project Manager, will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions for our projects. The primary objective is to ensure the successful design and analysis of structures, maintain compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the company’s reputation for excellence in the engineering field.

Main responsibilities:

· 3D Modeling:

Participate in preliminary modelling and pre-design tasks for international projects.

Develop detailed 3D models for Structural Steel Projects using TEKLA STRUCTURES at maximum grade of LOD500.

· Steel Joints Design:

Design and analyze steel joints using various software tools, including FEM analysis.

· Programming:

C-Sharp programming and API for various functional tools.

· Supporting work:

Maintain accurate records, write detailed reports and assist the Project Manager.

Qualifications & skills:

• Degree in Structural Engineering,
• Proven experience with TEKLA STRUCTURES.
• Strong knowledge in structural steel joints design,
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (C2),
• Experience in coding using C# will be considered as an additional qualification
• Demonstrated spirit mentality and a strong ability to learn new skills.
