What you will do:

NN Hellas is looking for an Salesforce Product Owner to join our team. SF Product Owner is together with other members of the SF Product Management Team responsible for achieving success of the product. She/He is also together with other members of the team accountable for effective Product Backlog Management. For this, they will cooperate with our main stakeholders and with the Central Business Owner of the Digital Marketing & Lead Generation pillar.

Your day-to-day:

• Together with other members of the Salesforce Team creates, communicates (clarifies) and orders Product Backlog Items on the Product Backlog
• Drives all product-related activities of the team from stakeholder collaboration, verification, maintenance, operation, experimentation, research and development, and anything else that might be required
• Drives Product Backlog Refinement
• Is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the team
• Supports in continuous definition and evolution of the Product Vision and the Product Roadmap, being the owner of the stream that is responsible for and, as well, the agents/customer journeys that reflect this stream.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience in Agile teams
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Scrum framework. Basic knowledge of SAFe as a scaling framework
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
• First level Product Owner certification (PSPO or CSPO). SaFe POPM certification as an advantage
• Excellent degree of fluency of Greek is required. Proficient English is preferred
• Experience in working in an international environment (is a plus/nice to have)
