We are looking for a skilled Digital (Web) Analyst to join our team and support the continuous optimization of our iGaming platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, with the ability to translate traffic and behavioral data into actionable insights that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, user flows, and
  
  

conversion funnels across multiple iGaming brands.

• Track KPIs such as registrations, deposits, FTDs, active players, and retention rates.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and Data Studio to understand user behavior and site performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) improvements.
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and Marketing teams to enhance site usability and maximize ROI.
• Perform A/B testing and multivariate experiments to validate optimization hypotheses.
• Provide regular dashboards and performance reports to stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web/Digital Analyst, preferably in iGaming, e- commerce, or high-traffic online environments.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing and their impact on traffic.
• Experience with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, CrazyEgg).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-
  
  

technical stakeholders.

• BSc in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in the iGaming sector (sports betting, casino, poker).
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated markets.
• SQL knowledge for data querying.
