Finance Business Partner

Your main purpose

Partner with department heads (e.g., Sales, Marketing, IT, ESG,HR) to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and develop business cases for new initiatives, projects, or investments.

Prepare and present monthly management reports, including variance analysis and KPIs, while continuously improving reporting processes, tools, and systems.

Support the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across business units, contributing to strategic planning and long-term financial modelling.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive performance improvement, and monitor financial performance against targets to support corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to financial governance, compliance, and internal controls, while working closely with the FP&A and Accounting teams to maintain accuracy and consistency of financial data.

Contribute to overall business strategy by integrating financial insights, improving processes, and supporting decision-making across the organization.

What will you bring?

University degree in Finance or Economics, backed by an MSc in Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Business, or Big 4 Consulting Firms.

Proficiency in MS Office suite with advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience will be considered an asset.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, fluent in both English and Greek.

Knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP systems will be considered an asset; team spirit and ability to coordinate several activities across the Group.

Ability to contribute effectively across teams and projects while integrating technical skills, analytical insights, and strategic understanding.
