IT & Security Manager

ELEBORS.A., a leading supplier and manufacturer of geotechnical tools with operationsin Greece and abroad, headquartered in Moschato (Athens) with a productionfacility in Keratea (Attica), is seeking to hire an IT & Security Manager.

RoleOverview

We arelooking for a highly skilled IT professional to manage and secure the company’sIT infrastructure across all locations. The role combines hands-onadministration with strategic responsibility for information security, ensuringbusiness continuity, and supporting end-users.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage& secure company computer systems, servers, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, internetaccess, and communication platforms.

•Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot:

• WindowsSystems (Servers, workstations, Active Directory, patching, OS upgrades, systemavailability).

• AzureCloud (VMs, storage, WVDs, Office 365, ERP, Active Directory).

•Virtualization environment (Hyper-V, Windows & SQL Clusters).

• Configureand manage network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LDAP, digital certificates).

• Implementand monitor account access management, backups, and data recovery.

• Monitorsystem performance, availability, and security, proactively resolving issues.

• Auditsystems and implement improvements aligned with company policy.

• Providetechnical support to users, ensuring high-quality service.

• OverseeERP systems support and maintenance (experience with SoftOne or Atlantispreferred).

• Ensurethe security of data, assets, and IT infrastructures.

• Maintainand update the company website.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

• 4–5 yearsof proven experience in IT administration within both physical and virtualenvironments.

• Strongexperience with Windows Server administration (installation, configuration,patching, troubleshooting).

• Solidexperience with Azure and Cloud environments.

•Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to workindependently.

• Strongcommunication skills (written and verbal) and customer-oriented approach.

•Familiarity with information security best practices.

•Experience in ERP system (Softone) support and maintenance.

DesiredQualifications

• Master’sdegree in a relevant field.

• Networkcertification (CCNA).

• CyberSecurity certifications.

• MS SQLadministration experience.
