ABOUT YOU
We are looking for adedicated team member with a genuine passion for food and gastronomy, to joinus as Chef de Partie. To succeedin this role, you will need to have a strong eye for detail, be creative, andpossess in-depth knowledge of raw materials and techniques. Our ideal teammember thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and works well under pressure. ABOUT THE ROLE
As Chef de Partie at House of NYNN, you will beresponsible for overseeing and executing the culinary operations in yoursection. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure thehighest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Your keyresponsibilities will include the following:
- Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section,following standardized recipes and specifications
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in your section
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygienepractices are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering tohealth and safety standards
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensureefficient and timely production of dishes
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to quality and presentation standards set by theExecutive Chef
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar rolein a luxury dining establishment, preferably in fine dining or a 5* luxuryhotel kitchen
- Strong knowledge of and experience in a specific culinarysection e.g., fish, meat, grill, larder
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressureenvironment
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion forculinary arts
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Great leadership skills
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to workevenings, weekends, and holidays
